The website and its games

Pumkin presents a Halloween meme token and two browser games, Haunt and The House. The story and characters are fictional. Game scores, discovered endings and result cards are entertainment records. They do not entitle you to tokens, payments or prizes.

Saved scores and ending collections belong to the browser where you play. Clearing site data or changing browsers may remove them. Read Privacy & Cookies for details.

Token information and risk

Website content is general project information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A token can lose all its value. No price, profit, liquidity or holder payout is guaranteed.

Launch details may change. Verify any contract address and destination before using an external service. Creator-fee routing and Holders distributions are handled by Pons under its platform rules and activation requirements. This website does not calculate, claim or distribute holder payouts.

External services

Links to X, Pons, GeckoTerminal and other services take you outside this website. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not give Pumkin control over them.

The Pumkin website does not connect your wallet, hold your funds or execute trades. Any transaction you choose to make through an external service is a separate interaction with that service.

Fair use and sharing

You may share website links and the game result cards provided for sharing. You are responsible for what you publish. Do not impersonate the project, misrepresent results as a promise of rewards, attack the website or interfere with other visitors.

Website materials remain subject to applicable rights and included licenses. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of the Pumkin name, artwork or other materials.

The website is provided as available. Content and features may be updated, interrupted or removed, and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
